Hi,

The specified folder could not be found in the store/Der angegebene Ordner wurde im Informationsspeicher nicht gefunden

if Allocatus syncs an Exchange mailbox for the first time it sends out an e-mail that ask the user to grant the appropriate permissions (e.g. editor permission on the calendar folder) to its service account (Allocatus Permission Manager). If the Allocatus Service accounts has the correct permissions and you still see that error, wait for 24 h (or restart Exchange Server). If you still see the issue, it's likely that the permission are not correctly inherited. To fix this go to Active Directory Users and Computers, view the properties of the user, click on the Security tab, click the Advanced button and check the Allow inheritable permissions. Note that it may take more than 2 hours for the change to become effective.

In order to test the permissions, logon to OWA with the credentials of your Allocatus service account and open the troubled user's calendar, e.g. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb936726.aspx and https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/Open-and-use-a-shared-mailbox-in-Outlook-Web-App-bc127866-42be-4de7-92ae-1ef2f787fd5c

Connection did not succeed. Try again later..

The mailbox has just been created on the Exchange Server. Please wait until the synchronization of AD/Exchange ist completed. Typically this happens after 24 hours. You can also force it if the user logs on with Outlook to this newly created mailbox

Thanks,

Allocatus Admin
